LifeTEAM™ programs have been developed and adopted to impact the escalating occupational disability problem we face in North America. We offer innovative programs such as secondary occupational rehabilitation (i.e., early intervention to chronic intervention) to workers’ compensation carriers, self-insured market, long-term disability carriers and third party administrators. We offer face-to-face client care as well as online and telephonic modalities to provide both a broader reach as well as the intervention that makes the most sense to the individual.  Our delayed recovery team of professionals provide proven interventions that have been developed for individuals that have had a delay in recovery and a delay in returning to work following a health condition or injury.  Disabling health conditions include pain, depression, cancer survivorship, and other chronic health conditions.

Through smart, collaborative partnerships, LifeTEAM™ has specific predictive algorithms that are able to identify those individuals who are at greater risk for delayed recovery. By leveraging this algorithm, we are able to mitigate these anticipated delays in recovery and achieve optimal outcomes.
